Just Lost FOE - No sales since - Please help!
Hello Everyone,
Just lost FOE couple days ago for no reason. Customer feedback 100%, account is healthy, ODR is 0% and on time delivery is 98.2%
Did not receive a notification or an email regarding FOE. Sales slowed down a lot since last week and seems like we have no BB ever since. Could you please help?
