Order Defect Rate for FBA Order

I recently notified that our Order Defect Rate became 3.12% for the FBA Order.

My October Prime deals are surpressed due to the ODR for Amazon FBA.

Anyone can advise on this urgent issue??

I would be happy to help, could you please provide the ASIN or a case ID so I can review the account in greater detail. Also, please provide the date of purchase as I need some way to verify the correct order details.

In your system, please download the Order Defect Rate report. That will show any orders affecting you right now. Find the order in question and review that in the Manage Orders area.

Please confirm the order shows: Fulfillment method: Amazon and NOT: Fulfillment method: Seller

Create a Prime Exclusive Discount which in part does state:

Additional eligibility criteria for seller-fulfilled offers are as follows:

  • Your account must have a late dispatch rate, and it must not be greater than 4% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your account must have an order defect rate and it must not be greater than 1% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your account must have a pre-fulfillment cancellation rate and it must not be greater than 0.5% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your disbursement reserve policy must be set to 7 days or more after delivery.
  • The item must be shipped for free.
