HORRIBLE TREATMENT TO SELLERS BY AMAZON
IF AMAZON IS SINCERE TOWARDS ITS SELLERS, AMAZON WILL CHOOSE TO REPLY TO MY MAIL. ELSE, IT IS A RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC BEHAVIOR OF AMAZON, AS ALWAYS.
My Three Easy Ship Order Numbers:

All the above three orders were not picked up by Amazon Pickup Partner. It happened on 3 consequtive days. And it happened despite my complaining in time, through Amazon complaint Form available on Amazon portal.
BUT AMAZON ROYALLY CANCELLED ALL MY THREE ORDERS BLAMING ME FOR NON DELIVERY AND CHARGED ME THE CANCELLATION CHARGES AND PENALTY.
On my complaining, Amazon has agreed to reverse the cancellation charges within 15 days.
MY QUESTION TO AMAZON IS:
1) Is that the only thing you do - cancel the order; penalise the seller and then reverse the cancellation charges
2) DO YOU PENALISE THE AMAZON PICKUP PARTNER??????
3) IF YES - THEN I CERTAINLY WANT TO KNOW - HOW AND WHAT PENALTY YOU CHARGED HIM
4) I ALSO WANT TO KNOW WHO WAS THE PICKUP PARTNER IN MY CASE???
5) Further, I also want to know - DID AMAZON REALLY ALLOT ANY PICKUP PARTNER TO PICKUP MY ORDER OR WAS IT JUST AND EYEWASH?????
