Received Intellectual Property Complaints again and again and again ----- a Q4 tactic
received this complaint over and over and even when i provide my information i get some one responding to my case without being able to articulate. Spoke to someone on the phone finally and she assured me the information i provided would be enough... the flag is saying i am selling "possibly" a Counterfeit item but i am showing i purchased the item from Walmart just like 75% of the sellers here... they are requesting i send in an invoice BUT Walmart does not provide invoices from online orders.... screen shot shows item was ordered and delivered to my address on file... my items are also getting sold but are in pending status so it is also negatively impacting my sales and customers orders... need help

You cannot purchase items from a retail store and resell them on Amazon. It's as simple as that. You will continue to receive intellectual property complaints until you get a Letter Of Authorization from each brand owner for every product you wish to sell.

I recently had to provide my Walmart receipts for a customer complaint about non-genuine. I took a screen shot of the order. I also printed the order to PDF. I also send in my bank statement that shows my address and highlighted the corresponding transaction.
Incorrect. This is a commonly held mis-belief. If you can find the Amazon policy that says that, I will gladly eat my hat. I've been asking for it for nearly 13 years now. It doesn't exist.

just because overseas seller support says it's ok, it doesn't make it ok sorry.

Note that it states you need an INVOICE. Retail gives RECEIPTS, not invoices.

Your assumption is that because Amazon has specific requirements for invoices that an invoice is always required.
It does not say that.
It says if they require an invoice that there are requirements for the invoice.
I just successfully appealed a counterfeit complaint with Walmart receipts. In fact, the complaint asked for invoice OR receipts...

Keep lookin'. People have been telling me that RA isn't allowed for 12 years. Maybe one day Amazon will change their policy, but as of today, RA is alive and kickin' on Amazon.

Yes. Which is what they now do for an IP complaint.
As for RA being "alive and kickin", I've noticed that the vast majority of people who were claiming that in the past, with no hesitation to jump on any thread such as this, don't seem to be around any more; even the ones that had been selling for a decade. I wonder why that is?
Technically, it is not against the rules. But you have nothing to fall back on for the majority of IP complaints.
Perhaps you should read some of the other threads where mods have stepped in and spelled it out.

Nor does my comment that you replied to, where I specifically stated:
And yes, if you REALLY know what you are doing, it can still be viable. Until it's not.
Well, before I do that, you need to spell out EXACTLY what you want to see "in writing", rather than moving the goalposts every time I answer your question.
While you're at it, perhaps you could point out where I claimed that you cannot do RA (not where I stated that it's likely to get you in trouble; not where I stated that you don't have invoices; but where I specifically stated that it is violating the rules).
Regardless, if you do RA, and are asked for an invoice, YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. As long as you don't get asked, you're fine; but once you do, you're done selling on Amazon.

Just curious; where are these "rules" you refer to? Can you show them in writing?
And while we're at it, since you're such a proponent and cheerleader for RA, how about linking to one of the threads where someone got suspended for inauthentic when sourcing RA, and YOU helped them to resolve the issue and get their account resolved?
