Shipment in Delivery status for 50 days
Hello, my shipment is in Delivered status for 50 days already.
It doesn’t turned to Checked In and Received status. When Im asking Amazon support for the help, they just said that I have to wait. Every time when Amazon Seller Center says it will be Checked In and Received by certain date, it’s just moved for another two weeks after that day reached. The last answer from the support, they said it’s Receiving Now, and I can find that in “SHIPMENTS” - “CONTENTS” and status there is RECEIVING.
But this RECEIVING status in this CONTENTS looks strange, because SHIPMENT doesn’t turned to CHECKED IN status. When Im checking another shipment that only on the way to Amazon warehouse, its also in Receiving status in CONTENTS.
At this moment I don’t have any chance to make any INVESTIGATION because dates always moved. I don’t have my products, and I Amazon support just keep saying that I have to wait for another period.
Maybe someone can help me here?

I'm having the exact same issue and am interested to see if you receive any other reply than to just wait!!!!
My shipment has had the investigation date extended 10 times, it arrived in the USA early June.
