Negetive Feedback removal for Amazon customer service and Amazon fulfilment issues
the customer wants to contact customer support and he want to replace the easy ship order fulfilled by Amazon, so the customer provided Negetive feedback to the order that " no contact and no replacememt no." So this feedback is fulfillment and we requested to remove the feedback. But without verifying the facts simply Amazon rejected the removal request. I contacted many times for the removal of negetive feedback but no use even Amazon is not ready to investigate the mistakes they did. How can we sole the issue

My self , i am doing a self-shipment, for a courier mistake i got a lot of negative feedback, i put effort into solving the issue, the satisfied customer wants removal feedback , but removal feedback is a very tough task, a lot of time we try to remove feed back get failed
