FBA Returns: Sellers charged the original FBA Fulfillment fee?
With return rates increasing day by day, I have been looking a bit deeper into them. I am noticing whenever I get a sale, X amount of dollars goes into my account, but when the item is returned, I receive X amount, minus the Refund Administration fee, minus the original FBA Fulfillment fee.
Is this true, do sellers get charged the original FBA Fulfillment fee for every return? I don't see this mentioned in any of the return fee articles, only in my transaction reports.

Yes, this is true. You are charged the amount when the FBA order is processed. Since the service of picking, packing, and shipping the item was completed, that service with the associated costs was provided so Amazon keeps that fee.
