Order is not getting picked up, also complained to amazon support more than 100 times.

I need help because the delivery people aren't picking up my orders even when they're ready for pickup. It's been happening a lot lately, and many orders have been canceled because of it. I've tried to get help by contacting support over 100 times, via mails, calls, etc. but the problem isn't fixed yet. It's wasting a lot of my time, money, and energy, and it's hurting my reputation as a seller. I really need this fixed so I can keep selling and growing my business. Can you please help me fix this as soon as possible?

Maybe you could opt out of easy shipping and choose self shipping? Whether the problem can be fixed by Amazon or not depends on the logistics' resources available to them in your place - and might not be something they can fix. So until they figure something out, move your products to Self Ship. There are downsides to Self Ship - you are less likely to get a Prime badge, the pain of undelivered products, returns etc falls on you etc. But this might be your best option right now.

you need to talk to supervisor in customer care number issue is with easy ship (shipment) he will forward to easyship department n in few hours issue will be resolved
