Fradulent FBA returns - Anyway to report buyer?
I'm guessing this happens pretty frequently. If a buyer returns an FBA item for reasons like defective and I create a removal order for that item and the item is returned to me working perfect or returned missing parts or completely different, am I just out of luck? Can buyers be reported for fraudulent returns?

You can report a buyer using this form - it's unclear how much good it may do, but we still do it pretty regularly in these cases in the hope that cumulative reports will add up to some kind of result.
To be clear, returning an item as "defective" that actually works perfectly wouldn't qualify as abuse that should be reported, I don't think... that's just the buyer choosing a return reason that will get them free return shipping, while a return reason like "no longer wanted" or whatever can result in being charged for return shipping. It's dishonest, for sure, but I'd be hard-pressed to call that return policy abuse. But returning missing parts or completely different products, 100% abuse that should be reported.
