Why doesnt editing your product on Amazon update your listing
I dont undetstand why we have the options to "edit" our products using the onsite edit tool but when we do so, it barley ever works without having to open up a case. Then Amazon tells me i have to use the inventory loader to update the product. Why even give the option to manually edit on the site if its not going to work? Anyone else have this issue where Amazon makes you open up a case to push and update or suggests you use the inventory loader? Ps. I rather not use the inventory loader but i am starting to see no other option anymore.

Same here. Do they push the update when you open a case? I have a ton of listings that need updates and I also dislike using the inventory loader...

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you are having issues updating your listings. Unfortunately, when other sellers are listing, they can having a higher ranking than you, so their information can rank higher than yours. Also, when you send through with a feed and there is no one else listing, it can help push that information through. While I know it's not ideal, I will be happy to send your feedback on to the teams to see if this is something that can be fixed for the manual edits to work better.
