Business hour delivery rate
So i ship next day and noticed all the business hours some with weird hours. Like closed by 10am and noticed I'm below 95 percent yet i have 100 percent on time deliver on my metrics.
Will this also be not proteced when amazon pushes the new rules how your not protected on delivery? When a business closes before 10am if the order arrives at 12-3pm i also will be punished?
