OTP STILL NOT RECEIVED
Hello Amazon Community,
We have been having issues receiving OTP for the past weeks. We cannot log in to any device, we have done all possible troubleshooting that we can see on the forum but getting the same issue. We also submitted a case about this but both are tagged as transferred but did not really receive any response. Please escalate this case.
