Frequently Returned Item on Products
I understand the badge label on a product home page is for the customer experience.
I would like to know if there is a ticket I can open to remove this from my page as it is false information.
Customers who return our products are almost always due to ordering the wrong size of the product, as they are measuring incorrectly. Ordering the item by mistake and labeling the return as defective.
Products get labeled as frequently returned items, but it is because customers are measuring incorrectly! I don't see this as a liable reason for a product to be labeled as frequently returned.

I understand your concern and thank you for providing your feedback around the badge.
The Community Managers have been sharing feedback around the badge with the business team, and I will add your feedback to the reports we are collecting.
For now, that team is telling us that the 'Frequently returned item' badges can not be removed at this time.
