Big fraud going on in amazon with easy ship team
I shipped order id 403-1263232-9749137 via easy ship after diwali. On saturday 12 nov i got the packet returned back. This was returned back as customer reject. And to my surprise return item was totally different. An old white t shirt instead of 2 sets of 3 pcs scarves as were shipped. Thankfully all got recorded in the camera of opening of the packet.
The packet was very carefully tempered and you cannot notice this without opening the packet and this kind of tempering needs a lot of time so customer cannot do it with customer reject - unless delivery guy is also included in this.
Amazon seller support is useless and one support guy told me to stop using easy ship as they have no powers at all regarding easy ship.
Why amazon employ these kind of delivery boys and does not take serious action and remove these guys totally. Why no seller support on this.

The incident is surprising because of a courier boy.
In my personal opinion, just because of one bad incident pls don’t take it as bad experience. I understand that quality of Amazon customer service people has really gone down recently but good & knowledgeable people are also there. You should file SPF claim and on the basis of evidence I am sure they will reimburse your loss.

As the order is customer reject, means the order is being returned to seller. Sometime it might happen due to wrong shipping return label is attached to the parcel, while creating return request through easyship.

This happens when you are selling clothing items… Even FAB and Self Ship will not help you. I am already fighting for 4 cases with amazon spf, whatever proof you submit, it will get rejected.

You are right. This is true. I’ll tell you what happens. The delivery boy actually delivers the package and takes the COD Amount and asks the customer if they want the packaging or not. And obviously, no customer keeps the packaging. Once the delivery boy gets the money and the package, he marks the order as “Customer Rejected” and ships the same packaging back to the seller keeping COD amount to himself. This has happened with me.

same thing happened with me again and again I found consumer return package tampered and replaced product and many time they mark our product as returned to seller and SAFT claim team denied the claim and one interesting thing when I get a tempered evident package delivery boy POS software didn’t have any checkbox for delivery with exception and if I accept that package SAFT claim team keep denied for claim they say you validated the package by giving OTP. this is so sad I’m now I’m not happy to work with amazon seller
