Worst Seller support . Prime badge visibilty issue. Fake Screenshot By Support Provided
Our acount was recently upgraded to Prime 7 days ago & we did opted in . As we did'nt noticed Prime badge on our Listing about out of 163 Live Asisn's only 5-6 were showing Prime Badge on Amazon.in , but we had received orders of other ASIN's As PRIME orders. Noticing this issue we called seller support & they sugestted to refresh it by opting out from PRIME in shipping settings & later about 10 minutes OPT IN again which we didi praticed , but in vain only 5-6 ASIN's were again showing PRIME badged . Noticing this again we reopened the case ID -9190365892 ... & since then the seller support are giving irrelivent replies which are meaningless ... even they upadte us they can see prime badge on our Listings & as a proof they updated us with a ASIN number as example , but when we checked it was a false update , That ASIN was not having PRIME badge , So Once again we reverted back & ask them to provide us a screenshot .. & PRESTO THEY SENT US A FAKE SCREENSHOT . This was showing order page of another seller with diffrent items & absouloutely no concern with us . WE ARE FEELING CHEATED. THIS IS HOW AMAZON IS TREATING SELLERS ! IS ANYBODY FROM AMAZON"S INTERNAL TEAM HERE TO RESLOVE , OR WE OPT OUT FROM PRIME?
