AI generated feedback summary is obviously wrong. What can/should a seller do?
This new Ai generated "Customers say" section added on top of the feedback, is giving customers a "completely wrong idea" of what ALL our customers have really said, and it is really damaging our sales. By now, our sales are just around 20% of our previous sales rate before this new "Customers say" section was added.
The Amazon AI-generated summary took only seven (7) reviews of our almost 500 reviews, to show that our product has bad quality (keyword "Quality") and doesn't work well (keyword "Leakage"), because that is what customers will see in this AI summary. So, in our particular case, the "Quality" and "Leakage" keywords, have enough positive feedback in reference (more than 10 times what the AI used), as to be shown as an absolute positive (in green) instead of negative result in orange color that looks like a "WARNING" sign for customers, and resulting in our sales going down around 80%.
I opened a case to try to find a solution for this big problem, and after a coupe back and forward messages, the case was sent to our "internal team" for further review, but that was more than a week ago, and no answer, nor fixing has been received (Case number: 14618141771, ASINs: B0926XJVRF, B08YS2SH63, B08YS2WCTV, B0926ZVJ6T, B08YS79VK7, B09275M8P6, B09FRY2XRF, B08YS5C8JL, B0926YX3S7, B092789CRH)
Is there anyone who is experiencing a similar problem? If so, how many are there? Would you guys mind sharing your case(s) so the support, mod or relevant team can recognize this problem? It would be really helpful to know if there is a case where this kind of falsely "AI-generated" description was edited or corrected after appeal.
