New Seller Incentives and Brand Bonus Not Being Applied
I am a brand new company and designed my own product. I signed up to sell on Amazon in part because of all the incentives they offered new sellers and brands. I noticed I only received the $200 vine credit but nothing else and my new seller incentive dashboard is blank. It looks like Amazon reused a ASIN for my NEW product that was previously assigned to another product and now won’t give me the incentives. I’ve reached out to support several times and all get is policy responses even though I’ve reviewed the policy with other reps and they couldn’t see a reason for me not getting the incentives either. It doesn’t matter what I say or who they say they are transferring me to I just get an email about the policy like if I hadn’t spoken to them at all. It’s obvious it’s an Amazon glitch and I am getting no help. I’m so frustrated at this point and don’t know what to do. Any advise?

Nobody has recieved the FBA Fee Reduction from the Sufficient inventory level promotion either and those would amount to thousands of dollars per month earned.
Ive earned 4 months of this promotion as far back as May....never received a dime

Welcome to Amazon! Get used to this treatment. I'm not sure how nefarious this is, but I think what happens is that Amazon moves faster than it can keep up (largely because the site was cobbled together and too many departments are silo'd from each other). Then, they have a ton of problems to solve, and they start with the ones that are costing them money. What's left, with Plausible Deniability (something Amazon does do well), is the things that make Amazon more money (i.e. cost sellers). They're fine with this. That s*cks, but it's the platform.
