TAX ID (IN PROGRESS) ''Risk of Deactivation''

Hello,

My account has been under "Risk of deactivation" for the past few days. I am facing an issue with my Tax ID status which is still showing" In Progress''. I was not able to provide the tax information from Desktop since there was not any space to fill in the form, but somehow I was able to do the task from Amazon seller app on my smartphone.

As of today the " Risk of Deactivation" banner has not been removed from my account even though we provided all the informations same as last year.

Has anyone faced the same issue/resolved the case. Any help would be appreciated!
