Hyperwallet dead?

We've been trying for 4 months to access our Hyperwallet account and get the necessary details for various EU deposits. While it was working a few months ago in terms of us being able to access the sellers portal it has now for the last months been completely dead. The page that you get redirected to after logging in through amazon portal to Hyperwallet does not work, it is completely white and has no content. I have tried to reach out to Hyperwallet without success. The last email was 2 months ago and they said "We are experiencing issues with all European markets, please check back from time to time"... Well I have and it is still not working.

Curious to know how other sellers have managed to go around this selling from for example Sweden to Germany, France etc without opening up entities and bank accounts in each country? And if an Amazon rep could respons as well on the status of getting Hyperwallet up again that would be much appreciated. As hyperwallet is of no assistance.

Hyperwallet isn't an Amazon owned company so I wouldn't be able to see why it stopped working for you. You will have to get in touch with them directly.
