FBA removal order issues
I have an issue that has never happened to me before. I created a removal order of 200 units of an ASIN. Of that number, Amazon sent me 136 of the correct items and 59 incorrect items of a different brand and UPC code. My items are Gardener Select brand and the UPC code is 049121010383. Amazon sent me a quantity of 59 of Place & Time brand with a UPC of 093432010174.
I have been going back and forth with support and they can't seem to grasp the problem. They keep referring to damaged inventory when I keep telling them there is nothing damaged. They also keep asking for pictures of LPN stickers which they should know do not apply to seller removal orders.
Anyone experienced this issue before? If so, how was it resolved?
Could a moderator escalate this to someone that could help? My case number ID is 14410304201.

Are your products co-mingled? Or do you use an FNSKU?

I just took a further look into case 14410304201 and see that the internal team is actively reviewing the requested images. Now, I do need that team to finish their investigation before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on those results.
