Technical Errors in the Seller Central
Hello,
There have been multiple technical glitches in the seller central for the past year and even after repeated complaints, no resolution has been done. As a tech company, I thought they’ll be faster at fixing these glitches.

The products go suppressed and even after resolving the issue, the backend is still suppressed but product is live. If it’s only for sales, we got no problem but this affects the advertising as they come up as “not eligible for promotion”.

Product info and images cannot be updated directly unless done through an excel sheet. If there is a feature to do it directly, there is no reason for us to use the excel sheet.
Swift technical resolutions are a key to Amazon. They were efficient.
