Unfortunately, the information you provided is not enough for me to help. Could you please provide more information? Which listings are inactive? Can they be seen in the account health dashboard, flagged for any particular violation? Or maybe (I hope not) the account has been deactivated?

Please provide more information on which ASIN'S you need help with, or, in case of an account block, the reason for that (you should be able to find that in the corresponding Performance Notification) so I or one of my fellows can investigate the matter.
