I am writing to bring an urgent issue to your attention regarding the consistent failure in scheduling and completing pickups for my shipments.
Despite placing 4 orders so far, each pickup has failed due to either "Pickup Associate Not Available" or "Associate Did Not Answer Call" . This is causing significant delays in my shipping process and impacting my ability to fulfill customer orders on time.
