Identity Verfication
Hello everyone i am a international seller from Montenegro facing an issue with identity verification i have opened my seller account two months ago and i have been researching for products and that took some time and due to inactivity i received a email from amazon that my account is deactivated and i am asked to send a government ID and a bank statement and i have sent a verified and translated version of my bank statement and my passport btw this is the info that i used when i opened my seller account at the beginning but every time i send the info i get declined and i opened a case to see the reason behind the decline but i don’t get a answer on what is the reason does anyone have a tip or has anyone faced this same issue i would find every info valuable.

also when click on reactivate my account i get asked "tell us about your business" at first i have been selecting United States and then after i provided my banks statement and my passport that have info abot Montenegro and got declined now i am assuming that business info that i selected as US does not match the info on my bank statement and passport so what i did i went to account settings and changed my business address to be Montenegro and applied so nnow when i selected business info as montenegro and provide my documents from Montenegro everything can match is this the right way?
