Best Sellers Rank and Category Missing with No Resolution from Seller Support
Hi sellers,
I'm currently having the issue where my Best Sellers Rank and category have completely disappeared. My product description is also missing from the front end of my listing page and I have been unable to make edits to my listing, such as change the Product Title.
Seller Support has said that they have updated my ASIN to the proper browse node path, yet it has been over 48 hours with no update.
Is anyone having or have had the same problem and how were you able to resolve it?

I just posted this problem too and found that not just my rank is gone but if I open the top Amazon sellers on the results page they also have the ranks not listed anymore. I called support they said they have not heard of a problem yet but I have not sold in the 2 days since my rank and category disappeared. If those mega sellers have no rank listed then there is definitly some glitch going on!! All support said was all my browse nodes were correct and they requested a flush which would take 48 hrs and should fix it. I assume there is more to it though and it will not fix it. Going into 3rd day of no sales assume all is linked.

One of top selling ASIN's browse node has been removed since 2days ago as well. Since then I cannot search my ASIN on any keyword searches and also on brand store search as well.
I spoke with catalog team support and one of rep told me I am 4th one stating same issue today.
I am only generating sales through ppc and I sold only 30 units. I usually sell 80-100 units a day.

This still hasn't been resolved for me, with seller support saying that my browse node path request has been rejected and that I am currently assigned to the correct section. How is this possible when I am not currently assigned anywhere and my BSR and category are completely missing?
My desired category IS the correct one since my product is a decorative home decor accessory in Home and Kitchen, and up until a week ago, I have had this same category for a year now.
I am beyond frustrated. Where are the mods?
