Items are being returned but there are no return requests under "manage returns."
We have had several items returned to us but I'm not seeing where anyone has requested a refund/return. Is there a known procedure for this? Do I just reach out to the buyer to inquire how they want to proceed?

Is this FBA or FBM?
If it is FBA, part of the appeal/package/terms of using FBA is that you don't handle returns. You just have to trust Amazon to do it correctly.
