Product violated Amazon policy

Hi,

I have an ASIN that keeps getting removed for violating Aazon's policy. They are saying that the product claims to be cure for diabetes. It's not, The product has a three letter word title and a few simple words in the description.

Every time I reach out to the support, they say it's handled by a team that only respond via email. When I create a case they keep sending me an email that they reviewed the page and determined it violated the policy.

When I ask specifically where and how I violated the policy I get the same generic answer.

Please advise

You mentioned this was identified as making product claims that it can treat or cure diabetes. Does your product function in this manner? Does your product packaging, or images make these claims, if so are the claims FDA approved?

Typically, if approved you can provide that supporting documentation as evidence of compliance.

I look forward to what additional information you can provide.
