Evri tracking via amazon
Hi Guys
I normally only use my own shipping for this reason, so have no experience, so help please.
Ive sent a parcel via Evri through amazon buy shipping, its gone missing, who do I talk to about its whereabouts, because I reckon that amazon will point at evri and vice versa.

You are correct, the Evri account is Amazon but Amazon will say you need to contact Evri and Evri will tell you to contact Amazon. I'm not sure if any body has come across a solution for this yet.
