I have been selling on Amazon for 2to 3 years , Then, they deactivated my account for selling counterfeit products. It took 1 month to reactivate and all those struggles, efforts, and stress. And after 1 and a half months, they reclosed it for the same reason. The question arises: If I am selling counterfeit products, why are you reinstating my account and deactivating it ? And now, the second time, still 2 years passed after deactivation. This is disappointing for the one me as I have zero complaints from customers. Even if I am sharing the invoice, orders, tracking, and everything, they won't accept it. Giving me an excuse that they are not enough even if I have clear proof. Hard times. This shouldn't be the way to treat your sellers. And I don't want to even talk about those seller supports. This way makes you lose your partners.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

I would also ask that you clarify exactly why the original deactivation occurred, an why the follow up deactivation occurred.

Depending on why you were deactivated originally and what was provided, if we identified additional or new concerns the account would be eligible for deactivation again. This is why I had requested the above information so that we can offer more guidance or steps moving forward.
