Amazon , please investigate this shipment we are missing over $8000.00 Worth of inventory here.

Our shipping plan was supposed to be Small Parcel Delivery we believe we shipped this on a pallet together with another shipment ID: FBA18TC5515Z because both shipments were going to the same location BWI4 - Clear Brook, VA. Shipment ID: FBA18TC7GGLF/ FBA18TC5515Z Were shipped to the same location . You can see they were both delivered/ received at the same time, These shipments should be investigated together as they were both on the same pallet. Proof of delivery attached, We have provided you proof of payment for this inventory, Furthermore Amazon shows that they did indeed start to receive 34/2004 of these units then all of sudden stopped. These units are in Case packs of 24 so that doesn't even make sense. All of our units were labeled with FNSKU labels & Box labels attaching these units to our store. How can a whole pallet go missing ? Please Escalate & investigate both shipments.
