Incorrect Prodcuts to Customers/ Incorrect Product Labels/ High Return Rates

Recently, some products have been mislabeled by Amazon FBA, causing customers to receive incorrect products. The pictures taken back from the consultation case shows that the product label is covered by a new label, but the new label is wrong. For this reason, the products return rate is high.

Did anyone meet this problem before ?How to solve it?

It is possible that FBA wasn't able to scan the original barcodes, so they attempted to relabel your products but didn't do so properly. Unfortunately, the only solution that I know of is to recall your inventory, relabel, and then send it back to FBA. Make sure that your labels aren't glossy.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I have a few questions. Before sending in your products to Amazon do you label them or do you pay Amazon to label? Do you use an FNSKU or the manufacturers' barcode? One final question have you submitted a case with Seller support? If so can you please provide that.

I recently went through this and it was a nightmare. Multiple one-star reviews because customers were sent the wrong item because amazon labeled them wrong. I opened a case about a month ago and they are still investigating. They haven't removed the one-star reviews and I haven't been reimbursed for customer returns after they received the wrong product.
