Review/Rating violation by Sellers and amazon is helping them to remove the honest review by buyer.
Hello amazon,
There are many seller who is violating amazon review/rating policy and managing to remove the rating/review provided by the verified purchase buyer with your help.
Is amazon become full of scammer who can play with amazon policy and amazon rate them as best seller.

I raised these concern to have fair business for the honest and good seller who put a lots of effort to make a good product and these scammers sellers are deluging water on them.
Amazon are you purposely helping them??

It looks like this is seller feedback and not product reviews. A seller is able to have feedback removed for one of these four reasons:
- The feedback includes obscene language.
- The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
- The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.

These feedbacks on the feedback page are stroken through because these are exclusively about the quality of the product and not regarding the service of the seller. Yes, these feedbacks should be on the product page as reviews, that would hurt the sales. Customers go very rarely look at the feedback page, they just see the ratings and reviews on the product page.
And the stroken through don't count, that's why you see a 92% of 5 stars.

As a general rule, Amazon does not remove buyer feedback even if it is unwarranted or the issue has been resolved.
However, there are some situations when Amazon will remove or strike-through buyer feedback. In such situations, if your request is granted, the impact of the feedback will be removed from your feedback rating and Order Defect Rate (ODR). Following are the scenarios when Amazon will either remove or strike-through feedback:
Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
Amazon might strike-through feedback in the following cases:
- The order was fulfilled by Amazon: The entire comment relates explicitly to delivery experience for an order fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). In addition to the strike-through, the following statement will appear: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience.
- The order was shipped using the Buy Shipping service: The entire comment is related to a delayed or undelivered order, which you shipped on time by using Buy Shipping services. In addition to the strike-through, this statement will appear, "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller".
If you are concerned about incorrect feedback that meets our criteria, you can request for removal of the feedback by following the steps outlined below:
- Go to the Feedback Manager.
- In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.
