CPC under review

we are needing help with the audit of the CPC… today are 20 days from submitted the documents. I already wrote to Amazon in the case log section and have not answer yet.

Could anybody tell me how to get help from Amazon on this matter?

What you do not know is if there are 279 or 3442 in the wait line ahead of you. And if Amazon has assigned 3 or 4 employees to sort things out. Remember, Amazon is a for-profit company and there is no profit made by assigning too many employees to the task.

In addition, just wait, every time you send another request, the first one is canceled out and you start all over. The same as being placed on hold with the telephone. Some sellers send a new message every day and never get off the bottom of the pile. Jeff Bezos designed it that way to give the aggressive/pushy sellers a taste of their own actions.
