Amazon Brand Registry Application Rejection - Case ID 14617561031

Hello Amazon Seller Support and Brand Registry Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue I've encountered regarding my Amazon Brand Registry application, which was previously rejected.

My case ID is 14617561031.

The initial rejection, as I understand it, may have been due to concerns that our product/trademark was not permanently affixed to the product. To address this, I have since submitted comprehensive evidence, including photo proof showcasing the logo/trademark permanently affixed to the product from various angles (a total of 8 photos), in hopes of clarifying any doubts regarding our compliance with Amazon's branding requirements.

In addition to the photo evidence, I have also provided the following verification documents:

- USPTO Trademark verification and ownership documentation

- EIN letter

- Business License

- Manufacturer Agreement / Private Label Agreement

- Manufacturer Invoice

Despite these efforts, I have not received a response or update on the status of my application, which is concerning given the importance of the Brand Registry for protecting and managing our brand on Amazon.

I would like to emphasize that my account is in "Healthy" standing, with no associations to other accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry policies.

Furthermore, I am not associated as a primary owner with any other selling accounts that have failed seller verification.

I have not engaged in any behavior that would compromise the integrity of the Amazon catalog, such as sending invalid notice submissions or tampering with the catalog.

My account remains active, and my trademark was filed directly through the USPTO, adhering to all necessary legal and procedural standards.

Given the efforts I have made to comply with Amazon's guidelines and the importance of gaining access to the Brand Registry for my business, I kindly request your review and assistance in resolving this matter.

Any guidance or direction on further steps I could take to expedite the approval process would be greatly appreciated.
