What are you trying to sell? Where did you source your inventory from? Are you authorized by the brand to sell their product on Amazon?

I can see you have concerns regarding a received intellectual property violation, where you are working to submit documentation.
For this specific violation, a letter of authorization or licensing agreement is required in order to remove the violation and prevent further impact to your account health rating. If this documentation is not meeting the requirements provided in the help page or the information present is unable to be verified, this could be the reason for rejection of your submissions. Furthermore, if there is no new information being provided this can result in a rejection of a submission.
The next best solution would be to get a retraction from the rights owner. Is this possible? They will need to provide this directly to Amazon via the same pathway where they made the complaint.
If you have any further relevant information, please do not hesitate to continue providing it here! The community and I are here to support you.
Stevie.
