Feed File Upload Changed my Item Type Category, GL Product group - Brand Registry???

Hi Folks,

I have been uploading Varitation listings and every time I send one through, the Amazon system changes my categories, product types and GL product group. This makes all my listings invisible to people who search. Not only that, they've done it with ALL my listings in general, so all of my most popular listings are now invisible and my sales are falling off the charts.

It looks like others are having the same issues, but I don't know how to fix it.

I just uploaded a Medical Alert Necklace with 37 variations and it switched my category from Medical ID Alert Jewelry to LABEL!

It changed my GL Product Group from Health, Household & Baby Products to OFFICE PRODUCTS!

When I call in, the feed team can't help, the category team can't help and then they send an email to Brand Registry and I get dumb email after dumb email from them and they don't fix anything.

Hopefully someone can help me, it's been happening for well over a year to me and I just started catching on to this.

I Called in to the Feeds Team, and a nice gentleman helped my get things changed, I think. Support Case ID 14171026101

Nope, it's still messed up. I've spent 3 hours now, easily on the phone trying to find someone to give me answers, but nobody is qualified to answer my questions. Although they are nice folks, I get no answers. Nobody understands why things go where they are, or how to fix them. I'm just trying to upload my products correctly so I can make money. Why is this so complicated?

I took a look through the case ID you included in the comments here, and it looks like these items have been moved away from office products. Can you confirm if you are still facing any browse node concerns here? Have you suggested the browse node update through this pathway as of yet?
