Is brand Registery worth it

Hello, I am a new seller about a month and half in. My first month I was able to do 9k in sales but I did notice this month I dropped quite a bit. Do you guys think brand registery would help boost my listing for more sales does anyone have any feedback on if they saw an increase in sales once they did it? Thank you!

We compete with Amazon and Brands on multiple SKUs and we get a good amount and sometimes 90%+ of the BB because of our execution.

We have gotten so good at it we now manage a brand that we used to compete with.

So IME the answer is no. Just having the brand registered does not guarantee additional sales. Of course this situation has alot of nuances. Say if, your brand is Amazon based and you can control your supply chain, have no national distributors or retailers as vendors, then you could manage your brand to capture 100% of the BB.

Of course then you wouldnt have any help with advertising or omni channel but hey your choice...

Hello @Seller_ibRxSUeIuAZEe,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am hoping more sellers will chime in with their experience here.

I agree with @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY (thank you for your reply) in that Brand Registry itself will not boost your sales, but what it will do is provide a level of Brand Protection as well as allow you access to numerous other listing benefits such as A+ content, Virtual Bundles, Subscribe and Save and Stores just to name a few. I encourage you to check out a more complete list of the benefits of how you can Grow your brand on Amazon.

And I am happy to help with any questions you may have.

Best,

Dougal
