LISTING MY PRODUCT
its been a nightmare just to list my product. Although my product came with a UPC code from the manufacture but when adding my product for listing Amazon does not recognize the number. I had to register for a GTIN exemption. After submitting the application for listing, now want to ship to Amazon, and it says item has manufacturer barcode. I have done everything to get this right but I cannot still figure out what i am missing. I am on my third day working on this. It cannot be that difficult. Please HELP!

I ask you just for your safety: Is this a Brand? Do you have an INVOICE (not just a receipt) of an official distributor? Do you have a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner?
If no: do NOT list, because your seller account will be suspended.
Oh yes, selling on Amazon IS difficult and has to be learnt for 2-3 months before doing anything.

Hi there @Seller_WWle7UteJ0AK9,
Thank you for reaching out with your difficulties with your product. I'd like to review further but in order to do that I need the most recent case ID on this issue. Once you provide your Case ID I will review to see what options exist. Thank you for your time.

On your place I would ask this, yes. If Amazon is asking you this letter, you ordered and payed 1000 units, the manufacturer doesn't give you the authorization: what will you do with your 1000 units? It's first of all for YOUR safety.
Don't underestimate the possibility that this manufacturer is supposing or knowing that you will sell HIS brand on Amazon. He lets you do all the work, paying ads, make the listing run. The day you will have 30-40 ratings and reviews he will place an IP complaint with Amazon saying that he never gave you the authorization to sell his brand. Amazon will accept this complaint and he will take over YOUR listing and you will be banned from this listing.
