Verified Purchasers UNABLE to leave a review

Hi r/AmazonSeller,

A few days ago, I had several customers reach out to me expressing disappointment that they can not leave reviews or feedback on their verified purchases for my product that they made ON AMAZON. They are citing that after they have purchased my product, Amazon is giving them a message saying "this listing has been flagged for suspicious review activity and is limiting reviews to verified purchases".

Before my game was listed on Amazon, I ran a kickstarter to launch my business of which over 4000 people bought my product in the span of 2 weeks for the sake of crowdfunding. With that many purchases, I'm sure a lot of the unusual activity was from them trying to review the game. I don't think my account should be flagged for unuusal activity especially considering now I have NEW customers who bought the game on amazon not being able to review the game. It's a bit ridiculous.

I have tried reaching out to Amazon, but they keep giving me the run around and won't address my concerns.

Any idea on how to change my approach?

In the normal course of events buyers DO NOT tell a seller about being unable to leave a review.

Are these buyers known to you? That's a fast road to suspension if so.
