In order to resolve this issue you will need to follow the steps outlined on the following help page: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails.

If you still cannot access your account you will need to go through the recovery process by providing identification, this is also detailed through the link above. Acceptable IDs include:

• A state-issued driver license
• A state ID card
• A voter registration card

Due to security reasons I am unable to take further action on this for you.

Once you have gone through the recovery process you will be able to change your mobile number to re-set up two step verification.
