Account Deactivated - Amazon Requests Retraction From Rights Owner - Provides Invalid Contact Info
My account was deactivated for copyright infringement. Amazon requested that I provide a plan of action, invoices, and a retraction from the rights owner to be sent to Amazon directly. I have provided a plan of action and invoices, but have not been able to get a retraction from the rights owner.
The email states "You can find the contact information of the rights owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received." The contact information Amazon provided in the listing deactivation communication is incorrect. Emails to the address get the following response: “Failure Notice: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. : No mx record found for domain=itenforcement.com”.
I have repeatedly requested the correct information but keep getting the same canned email response. And I do not have the option to call and talk to Seller Support. I have also tried opening a case but it immediately gets closed.
I have tried to contact the rights owner myself to request a retraction but have been unable to do so because I have not sourced from the supplier for several years and no longer have contacts with the company. I attempted contacting the corporate office via phone and via their website and get nowhere.
Any suggestions?

Hi @ HippityHaupt,
I understand you are having a difficult time with the Right's Owner retraction attempts. If you have screenshots of the response you are describing, I would suggest including that in your next appeal.
What was the outcome of this submission? If it was not accepted, you would have some guidance in the performance notification as to why the plan of action was rejected.
