I've already uploaded photos for my specific copy of the book-that is where I used to upload the photo for the main product page but now Amazon has 'improved' the page. Please help...

I too would like to know the answer .. I sell vintage (40 to 60 years old) romance novels and I was always able to upload pix into the main image previously .. when they were MIA .. of course that was before this last round of "upgrades and improvements" .. ;) .. no longer .. just another layer of frustration .. thanks in advance to anyone who can help .. Usually if there is no image at all, or a place-holder image, or if the current image is less than 1000 pixels on longest side, the image you provide will populate to the detail page.
It can be quite slow (two days or more sometimes)
In Edit mode, click on "suggest changes to product information"
This brings up the headers which include Images. That's where you upload images for the detail page.

Hello @Seller_X6lJYWA3e9w0D,
On top of what @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas suggested, you may also find the Images not appearing on the detail page help page useful in troubleshooting this. If you have reviewed it and still run into these issues, please create a case with Seller Support, and share the ID for further review. In your message to them, include the following:
- The troubleshooting steps that you have already taken.
- The method you use for managing your product and inventory data. Batch ID, in case you used troubleshooting steps with Inventory files.
- The ASIN for each product without a product image.
Regards,
- Manny
