Michelle at Amazon here. Each seller is required to determine what is needed for selling their products based on US government requirements as well as Amazon. I have provided a few help pages below, but ensure that you search the help pages as well as I don't know your product like you do and I don't work with the product safety team, so I don't know all the regulations, I do know that the US requires UL testing on anything that is plugged into the wall.
