My query is that my return parcel received by
is not returned. I receive OTP but that OTP is not collected from me and return parcel is also not returned to me.
How is it possible that my OTP is showing the delivery given to me without collecting it from me?
My safety claim is denied by the people saying they have given me a return order recived but we are not recived

As per the Seller Forums Guidelines, it is not allowed to post personal information such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, license numbers, social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, any financial information, or IP address.
Have you contacted Sellers Support to address that you didn't receive the returns?
