This isn't Amazon, just other sellers. No one is going to write or help you write a POA. The issue is yours and every POA is specific to that sellers problem. A compelling appeal? You have to accept responsibility of your actions, say what you are doing to fix it now and in the future-keep it short and to the point.

This is not Amazon support team. This is a forum to contact other sellers for advice. In order to help we need to know what mistake was made in order to better guide you. Amazon will not hold your hand and tell you how to write your appeal but us sellers can if you give us more info. You definitely need to address your mistake, admit to it and explain a detailed plan of action as to the steps you're going to take to make sure said mistake never happens again.

Your appeal is about identifying the problems (root cause) in detail, taking responsibility in detail and explaining how it happened in detail, then, informing yourself on how you SHOULD have done it and showing what you have done to make sure you wont violate policy in the future in detail
What they DON'T want to hear, is how people that work for you were at fault, how an outside company messed it up, they don't want to hear you sweet talking them as you did here.

Everyone has given you good advice.
We will NOT write an appeal but we MIGHT give some hints but first we need to see how badly you screwed up.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for. There are some notices that are a 'death sentence' and totally hopeless.
So, while we await the posting, let me guess as these are the most common --
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
