Hello. I am a new seller. I need to apply for a GTIN exemption before I can list my products. However, the page at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gtinx/browser is currently not working. Because of this, I don’t know how to proceed with applying for a GTIN exemption. Please help me.

Hi , I am new seller on amazon, I am trying to apply for a GTIN exemption but the page wouldn't let me submit . I am being nudged to provide all documents, though everything is filled out and images as requested have been uploaded too. What am I missing?
