MY BRAND GOT REMOVED FROM BRAND REGISTRY ON FEB 2023 ELEGIBILITY OF USER ADDING IS BLOCKED

My one of my brand Removed From Brand Registry , I Didnt use that Trademark to sell Products in our Account and that also in TMR -IN Class 35 , Because of Removed That Now I Cant able To Access new brand Enroll or New user Adding in our Brand Regsitry Account , Anyone Please Help us How To Get out of this restrictions, Rest Brand are Active but Cant Accesible
