Incompetent, arrogant, rude FBA shipment discrepancy investigation team with FBA warehouse IAH3
My shipment FBA17WC05GYW arrived at the IAH3 warehouse on May 11th, and I have not been able to receive it until today, and have suffered shameless humiliation from the FBA shipment discrepancy investigation team.
The first time I contacted the support team about this issue (06/04/2024), I gave the correct warehouse booking number and proof of receipt from the warehouse, and was told that the investigation could not start until June 12, 2024, and that I had already provided enough proof that my shipment had arrived at the warehouse, but they still wanted me to wait (at this point the shipment had already been there for a month).
Then, the shameless team changed a new investigation date (without giving me any reply and explanation): Your shipment has been picked up by the carrier. If the shipment has not arrived at an Amazon Fulfillment If the shipment has not arrived at an Amazon Fulfillment Center by Jul 31, 2024, then your shipment will be eligible for investigation.
I can't trust these shameless and incompetent teams anymore.

This is totally normal FBA behavior. It's not a human shaming you -- it's all a computer system with no ill will -- just doing it's job.Yes, reconcile dates are way out there. If items were properly packaged, labeled and shipped, the check-in qty usually is "fixed" before the reconcile date.
While you're waiting, might I suggest you spend some time reading the forums to learn some things not to do (based on other's complaints), and also check out Amazon's Seller University...
