I took a further look into your cases and do see that Seller Support is actively investigating this situation further with the proper internal team. Now, I do unfortunately need that team to finish their review before I can potentially escalate this situation further, if needed.

Please continue to keep an eye on your case log for an update from that team. If this is not resolved once you do hear back and the cases are closed, please let me know so I can then escalate this situation internally.
