FC BLR8 marks my shipment defective saying many units has labels missing which is a faulty claim on seller.
My defect rate has gone high because Amazon FBA claims that there were missing labels. I have shipped more than 100 units and they claim 15-20 have missing labels. We have cross verified twice about labelling. I am 100% sure that even 1 product will not have a label missing. I have asked the seller support for proof but no response. This is the 3rd time this happens only in BLR8. Because of the faults on their side, our business is getting hampered. I also saw some more sellers complaining about these kind of faulty claims put on sellers. After all the hard work we do, we have to get stuck with issues. Requesting Amazon to have a survey over this FC.
